Приобретение Облигаций осуществляется путем направления адресной заявки с активацией
в системе торгов ПАО Московская Биржа.
Период предъявления Биржевых облигаций к приобретению (период сбора заявок в торговой
системе) осуществляется с 08 апреля 2026 г. по 14 апреля 2026 г. включительно с 10.00
по московскому времени до 17.00 по московскому времени.
Активация заявок, поданных в Период предъявления Биржевых облигаций к приобретению,
осуществляется в 10:00 по московскому времени в Дату приобретения Биржевых облигаций.
Эмитент обязуется в срок до 18 часов 00 минут по московскому времени в Дату приобретения
Биржевых облигаций подать встречные адресные заявки к заявкам Владельцев Биржевых
облигаций, прошедшим активацию в соответствии с публичной безотзывной офертой и находящимся
в торговой системе Биржи к моменту подачи встречных адресных заявок.
