РЕШЕНИЕ:
"6. Рекомендовать общему собранию акционеров ПАО "Кубинтерсвязь", проводимому путем
годового заседания, голосование на котором совмещается с заочным голосованием:
- прибыль по результатам 2024 финансового года не распределять;
- дивиденды по обыкновенным акциям ПАО "Кубинтерсвязь" по результатам 2024 финансового
года не объявлять и не выплачивать."
