Рекомендовать заседанию общего собрания акционеров Общества принять следующее решение:
Чистую прибыль, полученную ПАО "ТАНТК им. Г.М. Бериева" по итогам 2024 года в размере
1 216 872,85 тыс. руб., распределить следующим образом:
- на формирование резервного фонда 5 % - 60 843,64 тыс. руб.,
- на покрытие убытков прошлых лет 95% - 1 156 029,21 тыс. руб.
Дивиденды по размещенным обыкновенным акциям Общества за 2024 год не начислять и не
выплачивать.
