№ 517/29) "О рекомендациях Общему собранию акционеров ПАО «Россети Северо-Запад» по
распределению прибыли (убытков) ПАО «Россети Северо-Запад», в том числе по размеру
дивидендов по акциям и порядку их выплаты, по результатам 2024 года" в отношении
размера дивидендов по акциям Общества, и порядка их выплаты (пункт 2 решения) принято
решение:
2. Рекомендовать Общему собранию акционеров ПАО «Россети Северо-Запад» принять следующее
решение: Не выплачивать дивиденды по обыкновенным акциям ПАО «Россети Северо-Запад»
по результатам 2024 года.
