1) Рекомендовать общему собранию акционеров распределить чистую прибыль Общества по
результатам 2024 года, общая сумма которой составляет 7 704 876 рублей, в следующем
порядке:
- 385 244 рублей направить на формирование резервного фонда Общества
- 7 319 632 рублей направить на погашение убытков прошлых лет.
2) рекомендовать общему собранию акционеров принять решение не выплачивать дивиденды
по итогам 2024 года
