Учитывая финансовые результаты за отчетный период, сохраняющуюся высокую волатильность на рынках сбыта, негативные прогнозы по ценовому тренду, усиление фискального и санкционного давления, Cовет Директоров пришел к выводу, что выплата дивидендов по итогам 2024 года не соответствует интересам Общества и его акционеров. Cовет директоров принял решение не рекомендовать годовому общему собранию акционеров выплату дивидендов по результатам 2024 года.
