"Утвердить рекомендации Общему собранию акционеров по распределению прибыли и убытков
ПАО "ПМП" по результатам 2024 года (текст прилагается). По результатам деятельности
ПАО "ПМП" в 2024 году в связи с отсутствием чистой прибыли рекомендовать Общему собранию
акционеров принятие следующих решений:
1. Дивиденды по результатам 2024 года не выплачивать.
2. Вознаграждение членам Ревизионной комиссии не выплачивать".
