Рекомендовать Общему собранию акционеров ОАО СМП: прибыль, полученную ОАО СМП по результатам
2024 года, в размере 57 522 490 рублей 66 копеек направить на текущую деятельность
и на финансовое обеспечение развития ОАО СМП. Дивиденды по результатам деятельности
ОАО СМП за 2024 год по привилегированным акциям типа А ОАО СМП и обыкновенным акциям
ОАО СМП не объявлять и не выплачивать.
