№ 485/26) "О рекомендациях Общему собранию акционеров Общества по распределению прибыли
(убытков), в том числе по размеру дивидендов по акциям и порядку их выплаты, по результатам
2023 года" в отношении размера дивидендов по акциям Общества, и порядка их выплаты
(пункт 2 решения) принято решение:
2. Рекомендовать годовому Общему собранию акционеров ПАО «Россети Северо-Запад» принять
следующее решение:
«Не выплачивать дивиденды по обыкновенным акциям ПАО «Россети Северо-Запад» в связи
с убытком, полученным ПАО «Россети Северо-Запад» по результатам 2023 года».
