12. "Рекомендовать Общему собранию акционеров принять следующий порядок распределения
прибыли и убытков Общества по итогам 2023 отчетного года:
1. Прибыль по итогам 2023 года не распределять, в связи с ее отсутствием.
2. В связи с полученным убытком, дивиденды по обыкновенным акциям Общества по результатам
2023 отчетного года, не объявлять и не выплачивать".
